The Innovation, Careers and Enterprise team are experienced in providing careers advice and guidance, employability and enterprise opportunities as well as enrichment activities and placement support.

All these services are available to you for as long as you need them – there is no set time limit on when you can call on our help.

We have excellent partnerships and networks with the industries we serve and academic staff who are also practitioners in their field of expertise.


KASE is about demonstrating:

Your Knowledge which is the ability to learn in depth, looking at the content, the source and the means of gaining a bigger picture.

Your Attributes are your qualities, behaviours and beliefs whilst having a self-awareness of self, others and context.

Your Skills are a mix of cognitive – analytical, problem solving, decision-making, practical by means of research, organisational, technology-  based, your communication – written/verbal, interpersonal, teamwork, leadership and specialist in terms of subject-based, career management, languages/coding, etc.

Your Experience will be applying academic knowledge within the degree and the workplace during the degree.
